Job summary

Fox Resourcing is recruiting 20+ Production Operatives for a busy plastics recycling facility in Kettering, with immediate starts available. You will sort and process recyclable plastics in a clean environment, with full training provided and opportunities for long-term and potential permanent roles.

Shifts include Days and Nights, with weekly pay and free transport between the office and workplace. Seasonal Christmas work is also available.

• Monitoring sorting lines and reporting hazards or blockages.
• Maintaining a clean, safe work area and complying with site rules.

Youll join a team helping to sort and process recyclable plastics in a clean, organised working environment. Full training is provided, so a reliable approach, willingness to learn and commitment to working safely are what matter most.

Shifts Available

• Days: 06:0018:00 £12.71 per hour

• Nights: 19:0005:00 £13.71 per hour

Your Role

Working as part of the production team, your duties will include:

• Sorting and handling recyclable plastics on conveyor lines

• Moving materials to the correct processing areas

• Moving and emptying stillages from designated locations

• Operating baling equipment once trained and authorised

• Carrying out daily equipment checks and reporting faults

• Monitoring sorting lines and reporting hazards or blockages

• Helping clear blockages only when trained and authorised, following site safety procedures

• Keeping your work area clean, tidy and organised

• Following all health and safety procedures and site rules
