The Best Connection are currently recruiting 2 Recycling Operatives to join a busy recycling operation in Hinckley. This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking for a long-term role, with the potential to secure a permanent position following a successful temporary period.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 05:30am - 13:30pm. Pay rates: £13.90 per hour with £19.95 per hour overtime. Weekly pay and immediate starts available.

• Physically fit for manual work.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking.
• Reliable, organized, proactive team player.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Flexible, Monday–Friday worker with overtime.

• Bale and recycle cardboard and plastics.
• Manually sort waste into designated recycling streams.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and workplace cleanliness.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures.
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet operational targets.

Duties Include:

• Baling and recycling cardboard and plastic materials
• Manually sorting and segregating waste into designated recycling streams
• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and workplace cleanliness
• Ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety procedures
• Working effectively as part of a team to meet operational targets
