The Best Connection is recruiting a Recycling Operative in Hinckley for a busy operation. Immediate starts with weekly pay and potential for a permanent position after a successful temporary period.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 05:30am to 2:00pm. Pay starts at £13.30 per hour with overtime at £19.95 per hour. This is a long-term role for reliable and hardworking individuals seeking progression.

Recycling Operative to join a busy recycling operation in

Hinckley. This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking for a long-term role, with the potential to secure a

permanent position following a successful temporary period.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• 05:30am - 2:00pm

Pay Rates:

• £13.30 per hour
• £19.95 per hour overtime rate (after standard working hours)

Duties Include:

• Baling and recycling cardboard and plastic materials
• Manually sorting and segregating waste into designated recycling streams
• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and workplace cleanliness
• Ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety procedures
• Working effectively as part of a team to meet operational targets
