Job summary

Barker Ross Group is recruiting Recycling Operatives in Daventry for immediate starts. You will support daily recycling operations, bale cardboard, sort materials, and help maintain a clean, safe workspace. Shifts include AM (6:00–14:00) and PM (14:00–22:00) with a 5-day pattern across 7 days, including weekends as required.

The role is hands-on, fast-paced and requires physical fitness and the ability to work well in a team to meet daily targets.

Qualifications

• Supporting the wider team to ensure the smooth running of the operation.

Pay Rate:

• £13.69 per hour - AM Shift
• £14.85 per hour - PM ShiftLocation: Daventry

Start Date: ASAP

Shifts Available:

• AM Shift: 6:00am - 2:00pm
• PM Shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pm

Working Pattern: Any 5 days out of 7, including weekends as required.

The Role:

As a Recycling Operative, you will be responsible for supporting the daily recycling operation, ensuring materials are processed efficiently and work is completed within the required deadlines. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that requires candidates who are physically fit, motivated, and able to work efficiently as part of a team.
