The Best Connection Group is seeking a Recycling Operative for their facility in Cwmfelinfach. You will sort and separate recyclable materials, maintaining safe and efficient production. No prior experience required as full training is provided.

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Recycling Operative to join our client's busy recycling facility in Cwmfelinfach. This role involves sorting and separating recyclable materials, ensuring products are processed safely and efficiently. Previous experience is not essential as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and sorting recyclable materials.
• Identifying and separating different waste streams and recyclable products.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Following all site health and safety procedures.
• Assisting with general housekeeping duties across the recycling facility.
• Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets.
• Reporting any equipment faults or safety concerns to management.

Requirements

Desirable
