Job summary

The Best Connection Group Limited is seeking a Recycling Operative for a busy recycling facility in Cwmfelinfach. You will sort recyclable materials, ensure safe and efficient processing, and receive full training.

The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, with evening hours from 17:00 to 04:00 and a pay rate of £13.00 per hour. Previous experience is not essential as comprehensive training is provided; opportunities for long-term employment and ongoing development are available, with weekly pay

Qualifications

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Recycling Operative to join our client's busy recycling facility in Cwmfelinfach.

This role involves sorting and separating recyclable materials, ensuring products are processed safely and efficiently.

Previous experience is not essential as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and sorting recyclable materials.
• Identifying and separating different waste streams and recyclable products.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Following all site health and safety procedures.
• Assisting with general housekeeping duties across the recycling facility.
• Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets.
• Reporting any equipment faults or safety concerns to management.

Requirements
