The Best Connection Group Limited is seeking a hardworking Recycling Operative for our client’s busy facility in Cwmfelinfach. You will sort and separate recyclable materials, maintain safety, and support daily production targets.

Training will be provided, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn essential. Typical duties include identifying waste streams, keeping the area clean, and reporting any safety concerns.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• FLT licence is advantageous but not essential.
• Experience in recycling/warehouse/industrial settings beneficial.

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Recycling Operative to join our client's busy recycling facility in Cwmfelinfach. This role involves sorting and separating recyclable materials, ensuring products are processed safely and efficiently. Previous experience is not essential as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and sorting recyclable materials.
• Identifying and separating different waste streams and recyclable products.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Following all site health and safety procedures.
• Assisting with general housekeeping duties across the recycling facility.
• Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets.
• Reporting any equipment faults or safety concerns to management.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Valid FLT (Forklift Truck) licence would be advantageous but is not essential.
• Previous experience within a recycling, warehouse, production, or industrial environment would be beneficial.
• Monday to Friday schedule with no weekends.
• Weekly pay.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 06:00 - 17:00

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
