Job summary

The Best Connection Group Limited is seeking a hardworking Recycling Operative for our client's busy recycling facility in Cwmfelinfach. You will sort and separate recyclable materials, ensuring safe and efficient processing and you will receive full training where needed.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 06:00-17:00 with a pay rate of £12.71 per hour. This is full-time, ongoing work with weekly pay and opportunities for long-term employment and development.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and reliability in a fast-paced environment.
• Punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to learn and training provided.
• Desirable FLT (Forklift) licence but not essential.
• Experience in recycling, warehouse, production, or industrial environments beneficial.
