Job summary

The Best Connection Group is seeking a hardworking Recycling Operative to join our busy facility in Cwmfelinfach. You’ll sort and separate recyclable materials and ensure safe, efficient processing with full training provided.

This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 17:00–04:00 with weekly pay and excellent long-term prospects. Desirable: FLT licence is advantageous but not essential; previous recycling or warehouse experience is beneficial. Training and development opportunities available.

This role involves sorting and separating recyclable materials, ensuring products are processed safely and efficiently. Previous experience is not essential as full training will be provided.

• Picking and sorting recyclable materials.
• Identifying and separating different waste streams and recyclable products.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Following all site health and safety procedures.
• Assisting with general housekeeping duties across the recycling facility.
