Job summary

Elevation Recruitment Group is recruiting a Recruitment Specialist for their Wakefield site on a full-time, permanent basis. You will own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for manufacturing and head office roles, while supporting apprenticeship programmes and an ATS implementation.

You will work in a hybrid role with responsibilities from advertising to candidate selection, manage agencies, and contribute to employer branding and recruitment reporting for senior stakeholders.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define recruitment requirements and write compelling adverts.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals and events.
• Oversee the full recruitment journey from screening to selection and hiring recommendations.
• Develop and maintain talent pools for current and future needs.
• Manage recruitment agencies and suppliers to ensure effective service.
• Support employer branding, onboarding, referrals and reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate apprenticeship recruitment and identify learning opportunities.

Elevation Recruitment Group are excited to be working with a global manufacturing and retail company who are looking to appoint a Recruitment Specialist at their Wakefield siteon a full time, permanent basis.

As Recruitment Specialist, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for both manufacturing and head office roles, whilst also supporting the apprenticeship programmes and playing a key role in the implementation of a new ATS, helping to shape and improve the recruitment process.

As a Recruitment Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

• Working closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and produce clear, compelling job adverts.
• Identifying and engaging potential candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals and recruitment events.
• Overseeing the full recruitment journey, from initial screening and interviews through to candidate selection and providing hiring recommendations.
• Developing and maintaining talent pools to support both immediate and future recruitment needs, whilst ensuring a strong candidate experience throughout.
• Managing recruitment agencies and preferred suppliers, ensuring partnerships deliver an effective and commercially focused service.
• Contributing to employer branding initiatives, onboarding, employee referral schemes and recruitment reporting for senior stakeholders.
• Coordinating apprenticeship recruitment and supporting the identification of learning and development opportunities to help existing employees build their skills.
• Ensuring all recruitment processes are structured, consistent, fair and compliant with relevant legislation and company procedures.
