Job summary

Elevation HR is seeking a Recruitment and HR Advisor on the outskirts of Driffield. The role is full-time and permanent, operating with hybrid working and a focus on end-to-end recruitment and HR support across the employee lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have recruitment experience in construction/manufacturing/engineering, HR administration experience, and hold a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.

Qualifications

• Previous recruitment experience within construction, manufacturing, engineering or similar fast-paced industry.
• Experience supporting HR administration across the employee lifecycle.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle due to office location.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across professional, technical and operational roles.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn and other channels; coordinate interviews and provide feedback.
• Prepare and issue offer letters, contracts and onboarding documents; ensure smooth onboarding.
• Coordinate inductions and support new starters throughout their onboarding journey.
• Provide day-to-day HR advice and admin support to managers and employees.
• Attend employee relations meetings as note-taker and assist with case management.
• Maintain accurate HR records and contribute to initiatives on engagement, retention and diversity.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful business and play a key role in delivering recruitment and HR support across the employee lifecycle. Reporting to the HR Manager, you'll partner with hiring managers to coordinate end-to-end recruitment while supporting the wider HR team with onboarding, employee administration and ensuring a positive experience from offer through to employment.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire talent across professional, technical and operational roles.
• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn and other channels, coordinating interviews and providing candidate feedback throughout the recruitment process.
• Prepare and issue offer letters, contracts of employment and new starter documentation, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
• Coordinate inductions and support new starters throughout their onboarding journey.
• Provide day-to-day HR advice and administrative support to managers and employees across the employee lifecycle.
• Attend employee relations meetings, acting as a note-taker and supporting the wider HR team with case management.
