Job summary

Huntress is seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join a well-established client organisation in Windsor. You will own end-to-end recruitment, shaping a first-class candidate experience and partnering with managers across the business.

Responsibilities include advising on UK employment law, writing engaging adverts, managing ATS, coordinating interviews, offers, onboarding and reporting. The role requires strong stakeholder management, attention to detail and the ability to handle

Qualifications

• Previous experience within recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of UK recruitment legislation, including Right to Work requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Confidence managing workload and changing priorities.
• Experience sourcing candidates through various resourcing methods.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Advising hiring managers on recruitment best practice and UK employment legislation.
• Writing engaging job adverts and recruitment campaigns.
• Managing advertising across job boards, careers sites and social media.
• Proactively sourcing candidates using various recruitment channels.
• Screening applications, coordinating shortlists and arranging interviews.
• Supporting hiring managers with interview preparation and selection processes.
• Conducting interviews where required.
• Managing offers and providing a positive candidate experience throughout.
• Maintaining and optimising the ATS.
• Producing recruitment reports and maintaining accurate recruitment data.
• Reviewing salary benchmarking for new and replacement positions.
• Building relationships with external recruitment agencies and negotiating terms where appropriate.
• Supporting onboarding and ensuring all pre-employment checks are completed.
• Supervising and mentoring Recruitment Administrators.
• Identifying opportunities to improve recruitment processes, systems and candidate attraction.

Location: Windsor

Salary: Circa £40,000 per annum DOE
