Job summary

Huntress Bracknell is seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment for a diverse workforce. The role collaborates with managers, writes engaging adverts, and manages campaigns across boards and social channels.

You will source candidates, screen applications, coordinate interviews, and guide hiring managers through compliant practices. The position includes mentoring Recruitment Administrators and optimising the ATS, with emphasis on a first-class candidate

• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of UK recruitment legislation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Acting as a trusted recruitment partner to managers across the organisation.
• Advising hiring managers on recruitment best practice and UK employment legislation.
• Writing engaging job adverts and recruitment campaigns.
• Managing advertising across job boards, careers sites and social media.
• Proactively sourcing candidates using various recruitment channels.
• Screening applications, coordinating shortlists and arranging interviews.
• Supporting hiring managers with interview preparation and selection processes.
• Conducting interviews where required.
• Managing offers and providing a positive candidate experience throughout.
• Maintaining and optimising the ATS.
• Producing recruitment reports and maintaining accurate recruitment data.
• Reviewing salary benchmarking for new and replacement positions.
• Building relationships with external recruitment agencies and negotiating terms where appropriate.
• Supporting onboarding and ensuring all pre-employment checks are completed.
• Supervising and mentoring Recruitment Administrators.
• Identifying opportunities to improve recruitment processes, systems and candidate attraction.

Job Title: Recruitment Specialist

Location: Windsor

Salary: Circa £40,000 per annum DOE

Responsibilities include:

• Acting as a trusted recruitment partner to managers across the organisation

Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience within recruitment or talent acquisition
• Strong knowledge of UK recruitment legislation, including Right to Work requirements
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Confidence managing workload and changing prioritiesExperience sourcing candidates through various resourcing methods
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
