Are you a high-performing recruiter ready to step into a leadership role and drive a successful sales team? Roc Search is expanding our Technology division and we're looking for an experienced, ambitious professional to lead, inspire and grow a team of consultants while continuing to build strong client relationships.

This is an opportunity to combine your recruitment expertise with people management, strategy and commercial leadership in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

As Sales Team Manager, you will :
  • Lead and manage a team of recruitment consultants, driving performance and exceeding revenue targets
  • Provide coaching, mentoring and ongoing development to maximise team potential
  • Oversee full 360 recruitment activity across permanent technology roles
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow your market presence
  • Build and maintain client relationships and key accounts
  • Play a pivotal role in shaping team culture, motivation and success
About You :
  • Proven experience in a recruitment agency environment
  • Demonstrable success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience mentoring or managing consultants (formal or informal)
  • Strong leadership skills with a motivational, results-driven approach
  • Commercial mindset with a consultative sales style
  • Technology market experience preferred but not essential (backgrounds from Education, Healthcare or Construction also welcome)
  • We will also consider a Sales Team Lead / Manager looking for their next step within management.
