Looking to kick-start a career in recruitment? Acceler8 Talent, part of the Understanding Recruitment Group, is growing and we're looking for ambitious Recruitment Resourcers to join our sourcing team.

Working alongside experienced consultants and established clients, you'll help deliver top technology talent across specialist markets including AI, machine learning, quantum computing and other emerging technologies. You'll be responsible for sourcing and engaging candidates, building talent pipelines, managing candidate relationships and supporting the recruitment process from initial outreach through to placement.

From day one, you'll receive structured training from our in-house Learning & Development team, alongside mentoring from experienced recruiters and external industry experts. You'll gain hands‑on experience, develop valuable commercial skillsand have a clear progression path as you grow within the business.

We're open to applicants from graduate backgrounds as well as customer‑facing roles such as hospitality, retail and sales. What matters most is attitude. We're looking for people who are proactive, confident, resilient and motivated to build a long‑term career in recruitment.
