Job summary

Anglian Home Improvements is seeking a proactive recruiter to partner with hiring managers and shape workforce plans. You will deliver proactive sourcing via job boards, LinkedIn and social media, build talent pipelines, and drive an outstanding candidate experience across multiple brands.

With strong stakeholder management, you will analyse hiring data, support employer branding, and manage multiple vacancies, ensuring efficient recruitment processes and excellent stakeholder and candidate

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an in-house or agency recruitment environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Confidence using sourcing tools, databases and social media platforms.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
