Job summary

MRJ Recruitment is seeking experienced sales professionals to own their market, maximise earnings and drive significant business impact. The role focuses on identifying AI, automation, engineering and GTM opportunities across the UK and US within the supply chain and commerce tech sectors.

You will win new business, grow accounts and shape our 360 perm and contract business. If you’re ambitious, resilient and enjoy building relationships, you’ll thrive in our hybrid setup at the Manchester HQ

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales or target-driven environments such as SaaS, retail, hospitality, recruitment or similar.

Responsibilities

• Identify technology and GTM opportunities across the UK & US within supply chain and commerce tech.
• Win new business and grow existing accounts, becoming known in your specialist market.
• Develop 360 perm & contract business: map markets, pitch to new clients, negotiate terms, deliver top-level candidates.

Role:

We’re looking for an experienced, high-performing sales professionals to join our team. This role is designed for experts who want to take full ownership of their market, maximise their earnings, and drive significant business impact.

What you’ll be doing day-to-day:

• Identifying technology and/or GTM opportunities across the UK & US within the Supply Chain and Commerce Tech industries
• You’ll win new business, grow existing accounts and become known within your specialist market rather than simply chasing vacancies.
• Play an integral part in developing our 360 perm & contract business: market mapping, identify and pitching to new clients, negotiating terms and delivering top level candidates
• Building, utilising your network and developing your industry knowledge to partner with high quality candidates and long-term clients

The person profile:

We're not looking for experienced recruiters (altho we won't say no), we're looking for ambitious salespeople who want to thrive and make a different.

If you've spent 2+ years or more in sales, whether that's SaaS, retail, hospitality, recruitment or another target-driven environment, you’ve already learned the hardest part, we will teach you the rest.
