RULE Recruitment in London is seeking a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to build relationships with startups and scale-ups across the AI and data sectors. Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships from day one with startups, scale-ups, decision-makers and leading businesses in the AI and data markets.
• Speak with high-calibre professionals about their careers.
• Manage the recruitment process from initial contact through to placement.
• Understand client needs to deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Source and engage top-tier talent across multiple search channels.
• Act as the liaison between candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide interview preparation, feedback, and offer negotiation guidance.
• Drive new business through pitching to high-growth tech and cybersecurity firms.
• Hit or exceed sales targets through placements, revenue and growth.
• Develop your specialist market and personal brand.
