Job summary

Barker Ross Group are seeking a Recruitment Resourcer for a well-established logistics client in Milton Keynes. This temporary role offers a pay rate of £15.00-£18.00 per hour and hours of 8:30am-5:30pm, Monday to Friday.

The successful candidate will have recruitment experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to sourcing the right candidates, with responsibilities including calls, emails, interviews, and payroll/update records in a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing or a similar role would be advantageous.
• Confident making telephone calls and communicating with candidates.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• A positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a team-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Making outbound calls to candidates regarding CVs and job opportunities.
• Managing emails and communicating with candidates professionally.
• Sourcing and identifying suitable candidates for vacancies.

• Arranging and coordinating candidate interviews.
• Supporting the recruitment team with day-to-day recruitment activities.
• Maintaining accurate candidate records and keeping recruitment information up to date.

Barker Ross are currently recruiting for a well-established logistics client based in Milton Keynes, who is looking for a motivated and organised Recruitment Resourcer to join their recruitment team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with recruitment experience, excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to finding the right candidates for the right roles.

Location: Milton Keynes

Pay Rate: £15.00-£18.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm (1 hour unpaid break)

Type: Temporary ongoing (3 months minimum)
