Barker Ross Group in Nottingham is seeking a Resourcer to join our team in January 2027, supporting recruitment within the construction sector. You'll be involved in finding and interviewing candidates, coordinating assessments, and helping clients with campaigns.

No prior recruitment experience is required. If you are confident speaking to people, can drive, stay organised, and are keen to learn, we will provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you start your career in

We're looking for a Resourcer to join our Nottingham branch in January 2027, supporting recruitment within the construction sector.

Salary: £26,437 per year

You don't need previous recruitment experience. If you're confident speaking to people, can drive, organised and keen to learn, we'll provide the training and support to help you get started.

What you'll be doing:

• Finding and interviewing candidates
• Helping candidates through assessments and client inductions

• Maintaining records and learning about worker compliance

A positive attitude, good communication and computer skills, and the motivation to learn. You'll enjoy working with people and be able to stay organised when things get busy.
