Job summary

Ideal Recruit Ltd in Leicester is seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join our Industrial team, supporting our clients and their warehouse operations.

You will work closely with management to understand recruitment needs, source candidates using CV databases and job boards, manage the full process from initial contact to onboarding, and ensure compliance.

We offer full training, a Monday-to-Friday 9:00–17:00 schedule, and a supportive environment to develop your recruitment career.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or staffing is desirable (minimum 6 months).
• Driving licence is required.
