Job summary

Envirogen is seeking a proactive Temporary Talent Sourcer to support our Talent Acquisition function on a 3-month fixed-term contract. The role focuses on building talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across key functions and geographies.

The ideal candidate will have sourcing experience, strong LinkedIn Recruiter skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage passive candidates via sourcing channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles across functions.
• Conduct initial outreach to candidates and qualify fit.
• Develop talent maps and market intelligence to support hiring plans.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to anticipate future needs.
• Support employer branding and attraction activities as needed.

Key responsibilities:

• Identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles
• Conduct initial candidate outreach
• Develop talent maps and market intelligence to support hiring strategies
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS
• Partner closely with Talent Acquisition to understand future talent requirements
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives where required

It would be ideal if you had experience in:

• Previous sourcing or recruitment experience, ideally within an in-house or agency environment
• Strong LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Experience building talent pipelines for specialist and professional roles preferred
