We are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our busy and friendly Recruitment Team at our Hessle office.

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging and supporting potential candidates throughout the early stages of the recruitment process.
Working closely with our Recruitment Team, you will help us attract high-quality candidates who share NLGroup's values and passion for providing exceptional care.
No two days will be the same. You'll be speaking with candidates, sourcing talent, arranging interviews, building relationships and helping to ensure we have the right people joining our care teams.
