Job summary

Procurae Group is seeking an energetic Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing team. You’ll attend recruitment events and outreach activities, promote vacancies in social care, and screen candidates to attract passionate people into rewarding careers.

You will build relationships in local communities, handle DBS and onboarding checks, and create engaging campaigns. A full UK driving licence and vehicle are required to travel between sites.

About You

• Were looking for a dedicated Recruitment Resourcer who is:
• Confident, outgoing and people-focused
• Organised with excellent communication skills
• Passionate about recruitment and making a genuine difference
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Experience as a Recruitment Resourcer in healthcare recruitment or social care is beneficial but not essential, as we provide full support. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential for this role due to travel requirements.
