Job summary

Ideal Recruit Ltd in Leicester is seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join our Industrial team. You will support clients and their warehouse operations by sourcing candidates and managing the recruitment process.

This role offers full-time hours, a salary of £25,842 depending on experience, and training to develop your skills. You will work Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00, with clear opportunities to grow within the company.

Ideal recruit are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing Industrial team in Leicester, supporting our clients and their operations.

This is a great opportunity to become part of a supportive team where you'll play a key role in helping clients find the right people for their warehouse operations.

What you'll be doing:

• Working closely with management to understand recruitment needs and client requirements
• Supporting our clients by delivering a high-quality recruitment service
• Sourcing candidates using a range of tools (CV databases, job boards, open days, etc.)
• Managing the full recruitment process, from initial contact through to onboarding
• Registering new candidates and ensuring all compliance is up to date
• Supporting the team with general recruitment administration

Requirements:

• Previous recruitment experience is desirable (minimum 6 months), but not essential
