Accept Recruitment in Leicestershire is seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to support our Engineering and Technical team by sourcing, screening, and engaging high-quality candidates across the engineering sector.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
• Screening CVs and conducting initial telephone interviews
• Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of engineering talent
• Managing candidate databases and ensuring accurate records
• Supporting consultants with job postings and candidate shortlisting
• Building strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Hours: 8am to 5pm- Monday to Friday, some flexibility to suit personal circumstances.
