Optima UK is expanding its Leicester team and recruiting a Recruitment Consultant to join our Engineering and Manufacturing divisions. This is a full 360 recruitment position where you will develop your own desk and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.

You will build relationships with clients and candidates, generate new business, source, interview and place candidates, and manage vacancies from initial instruction through to offer, while attending client meetings as required.

• Experience in sales or recruitment is required.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

The Role
