HRGO Recruitment is seeking a Recruitment Consultant for our Morley/Leeds operation. This permanent role offers hybrid working after training and a base salary of £30,000–£35,000 with commission and onsite parking.

Join a growing team, engage with clients and candidates, and drive new business opportunities. The role emphasizes relationship-building, candidate screening, and leveraging technology to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Previous recruitment sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills especially in communication, persuasion and presentational skills.
• Desire to be successful.
• The ability to use technology to work more efficiently and effectively.
• An aptitude for financials and figures.
• Full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to companies to promote recruitment services and win future business.
• Meet with new clients to develop and expand business opportunities.
• Screening prospective job applicants to evaluate their skills and qualifications.
• Using company systems to identify the best talent available.
• Headhunting specific candidates for high-end job roles, such as senior management positions.
• Research and build a network of top-tier talent to spec and market to prospective clients.
• Ensuring that candidates are an excellent match for the client company.
• Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates, build your brand and nurture relationships.
• Utilising sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from clients.
