Job summary

Boots Nottingham is seeking a Recruitment & Onboarding Workstream Lead to drive the HR Transformation journey, collaborating with Business Architects, IT, Change, Reporting and Data Migration teams to design and embed new processes that improve colleague experiences.

You will lead delivery from design through testing, deployment and hypercare, while guiding teams, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring governance and quality across the programme.

• Ability to manage complex workstreams with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Recruitment & Onboarding modules from design through testing, deployment and hypercare, managing priorities, risks, dependencies and milestones.
• Provide leadership and direction to Business Architects and Process Specialists ensuring consistent, high-quality process design.
• Coach and support your team, creating an environment for collaboration and delivery.
• Define future processes with stakeholders, keeping colleague experience at the forefront.
• Ensure Recruitment & Onboarding processes fit within the target operating model.
• Make key design and process decisions that meet operational needs and align with design principles.
• Collaborate with IT, Change, Reporting, Data Migration and other workstreams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Oversee process documentation and UAT readiness activities.
• Provide workstream updates and maintain governance and quality standards.
