Job summary

Boots UK in Nottingham is seeking a Project Manager – Integrations to lead the integrations workstream within a major HR transformation programme. You will coordinate between HR systems and enterprise platforms, ensuring planned activities align with milestones, budget and governance.

Reporting into the IT Programme Manager, you will work with Solution Architects, Systems Integrators and third-party suppliers to drive mobilisation and the multi-year implementation, managing risks, controls and

Qualifications

Experience delivering large-scale enterprise integration projects.
Knowledge of API, file-based, event-driven and hybrid integration patterns.
Experience with multiple suppliers and legacy platforms.
Ability to balance priorities and deliver within complex programmes.
Understanding of project delivery methodologies and governance.

Responsibilities

Own the integration delivery plan across design, build, test, cutover and deployment.
Manage plans, budgets, resources and dependencies.
Coordinate activities across MuleSoft, Kafka, MFT and partner teams.
Manage relationships with HR Systems integrator and platform suppliers.
Establish governance for the workstream and manage RAIDs.
Maintain budgets and provide transparent reporting to stakeholders.
Facilitate workshops and governance forums with HR leadership.
