Job summary

Boots is seeking a Project Manager – Integrations to lead the integrations workstream within a major HR transformation programme. Based in Nottingham, you will coordinate design, build, testing and deployment across HR systems and downstream platforms.

You will manage budgets, risks and dependencies with suppliers and internal teams, shaping governance and delivery plans for a multi-year implementation.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering large-scale enterprise integrations across HR or similar domains.
• Knowledge of API, file-based, event-driven and hybrid integration patterns.
• Experience with multi-supplier/partner and legacy systems.
• Ability to balance priorities and deliver in complex programs.
• Strong understanding of project delivery methods and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery plan for the integrations workstream and coordinate design, build, testing, cutover and deployment activities.
• Manage plans, budgets, resources and dependencies.
• Coordinate activities across MuleSoft, Kafka, MFT and third-party delivery teams.
• Manage relationships with HR Systems integrator and incumbent HR platform suppliers, tracking commitments.
• Establish governance processes for the workstream and manage RAIDs (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies).
• Ensure compliance with programme governance, information security and change control requirements.
• Maintain budgets, forecasts and actual costs, providing transparent reporting to stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with HR leadership, suppliers and stakeholders and facilitate workshops and governance forums.
