Job summary

Boots UK is seeking an HR Transformation Workstream Lead to drive a 18-month fixed-term programme from Nottingham. You will lead a Talent module team, partnering with IT, Change, Reporting and Data Migration to deliver streamlined processes that improve colleague experience.

You will coach Business Architects, manage risks, and collaborate with Process Owners to embed new ways of working. This role demands strong leadership, communication and change-management capabilities across a large HRIS

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale transformation programmes.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience embedding new processes and ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Talent module workstream from design through testing, deployment and hypercare.
• Provide leadership to Business Architects and Process Specialists ensuring high-quality design.
• Coach and support team development and collaboration across the workstream.
• Define future processes with stakeholders to ensure simple, effective colleague experiences.
• Ensure Talent processes align with the target operating model and design principles.
