Job summary

Sense Scotland in Glasgow is seeking a Recruitment Administrator (Onboarding) to join our busy Recruitment Team. You will manage candidate activity in our ATS, coordinate interviews, and support onboarding to ensure a smooth, compliant experience for applicants.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a recruitment, HR administrator, or similar role.
• Interviews will be held on Tuesday 13 October 2026 in Glasgow.
• We do NOT currently offer visa sponsorship for our vacancies.

Responsibilities

• Managing candidate activity through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Coordinating interviews and supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Acting as the first point of contact for candidates before and after interviews.
• Issuing offers of employment and processing candidate outcomes.
• Coordinating and completing onboarding activities in line with safer recruitment guidelines.
• Obtaining, tracking, and validating references for prospective employees.
• Monitoring onboarding progress and ensuring all compliance requirements are met.
• Maintaining accurate recruitment and employee records.
• Supporting HR administration, reporting, and recruitment improvement projects.
• Delivering a positive, professional, and supportive candidate experience at every stage.
