Job summary

The Walt Disney Company is seeking a Recruitment & Office Assistant to support its recruitment process and provide administrative support for the Production Department. This full-time, 6-month fixed-term contract offers a hybrid working model and includes responsibilities such as managing candidate applications and ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.

Job Summary:

The Recruitment & Office Assistant will support a busy team in managing a professional and confidential recruitment process and provide high-quality administrative support for Disney’s Production Department.

This is a full-time, 6-month fixed-term contract based in London (Holborn Office), with a hybrid working model (4 days in the office).

Responsibilities:
  • Manage advertising roles and candidate applications while generating reports.
  • Oversee interviews, coordinate with senior stakeholders, and arrange meetings using Outlook, MS Teams, Spotted Zebra, etc.
  • Maintain communication with candidates, hiring managers, and senior management throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through prompt and professional engagement.
  • Maintain accurate, real-time records using existing systems and processes.
  • Provide administrative support to the Production Department and manage the Director of Production's diary.
  • Represent the Disney Theatrical Group brand, focusing on candidate experience.
Experience Required:
  • Experience in a busy administrative role, ideally in Talent Acquisition.
  • Customer-facing experience dealing with candidates and hiring managers via phone and email.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Zoom, MS Teams, and IT skills for recruitment tracking and reporting.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to manage a busy workload and multiple contacts.
