You’ll be responsible for planning, articulating, and executing marketing activities aligned with our employer brand and employee value proposition. You’ll manage tactical campaigns for specific business needs and organisation‑wide priorities, developing and executing strategies to attract top talent through compelling campaigns showcasing our culture and values.
This is a maternity cover role for up to 12 months. We have a flexible approach to working and there will be a requirement to work from the office twice a week, with a preferred office base of Birmingham, Bristol, or London.
