Role Overview

We are currently looking for a driven and passionate Billing Recruitment Manager to take a lead role in one of our most successful and expanding divisions at HRS: Science Perm. This division was one of the founding divisions at HRS and is the area our founder, Biochemist and experienced Recruitment Leader Ricky Martin, is known for. Our team includes multi-award-winning consultants recognized at the REC annual awards, developed from within.

As our Recruitment Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead an experienced and passionate permanent recruitment team and be part of our leadership team.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. Active involvement in day-to-day recruitment activities: This hands-on role involves bringing on new companies, developing and leveraging relationships across the group, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will be placing candidates into roles and coaching your team to do the same in a sector that changes lives.
2. Management and development of recruitment consultants: Overseeing a team with varied experience levels, and participating in hiring to support team expansion. The goal is for this role to eventually lead the office, making development and leadership skills critical.
3. Driving a high-performance culture: Building a team and culture focused on continuous skill, knowledge, and engagement growth, with a critical eye on sales performance.
4. Client engagement and industry presence: Regularly meeting clients, contributing to industry events, hosting round tables and webinars, and supporting company-wide customer events.

This is a hands-on position requiring someone who can recruit effectively in today's market. All leaders in our business actively participate in recruitment as part of our leading-by-example culture.

Role Requirements

We are looking for candidates with:

1. Experience in an established professional recruitment environment, delivering permanent recruitment services at least to a Team Leader level, with a proven track record of developing consultants and achieving results in a high-performance setting.
2. Experience in developing new and existing business in a non-framework recruitment environment, with exposure to both permanent and/or contract recruitment, demonstrating comprehensive understanding of the recruitment lifecycle.
3. Excellent communication skills, with testimonials of exceptional customer service. Certification as a member or fellow of the IRP (MIRP or FIRP) is highly desirable.
