Michael Page HR is seeking a Recruitment & Retention Manager to lead recruitment strategy and drive retention across the organisation. The role focuses on attracting top talent, mentoring a recruitment professional, and partnering with senior leaders to execute workforce plans.

Ideal candidates will combine HR expertise, strong regulatory knowledge and data-driven decision making with excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration. Immediate availability is preferred.

As a Recruitment & Retention Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring the right talent is attracted and retained to meet organisational goals. This role focuses on developing strategies to manage recruitment processes and employee retention effectively.

Job Offer
  • Permanent position with a salary ranging from £40,000 to £45,000, dependent on the level of experience.
