Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a broad interim HR professional to support managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle, including employee relations, recruitment, payroll and engagement activities. The role drives people initiatives, improves processes and supports organisational change, with hybrid working and strong development opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Previous employee relations or advisory experience.
  • Confident supporting managers with people matters.
  • Experience across recruitment and onboarding.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • CIPD qualified or working towards qualification.
  • HR systems experience, ideally iTrent.

Responsibilities

  • Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees.
  • Support employee relations cases including absence, performance and conduct.
  • Lead recruitment activity and improve attraction strategies.
  • Take ownership of payroll processes and associated queries.
  • Act as a key user for HR systems including iTrent.
  • Support wellbeing, engagement and organisational change projects.
  • Coach managers on HR policies and best practice.
  • Line manage and develop a People Officer.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement across the People function
