Michael Page is seeking a Recruitment & Retention Manager to lead talent attraction and retention strategies aligned with organisational goals. You will mentor a recruiter, improve screening and onboarding, and collaborate with senior leaders on workforce planning to drive engagement and KPIs.

As a Recruitment & Retention Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring the right talent is attracted and retained to meet organisational goals. This role focuses on developing strategies to manage recruitment processes and employee retention effectively.

Job Offer

Permanent position with a salary ranging from £40,000 to £45,000, dependent on the level of experience.
