Harnham is a specialist recruitment business focused on Data, Analytics and Technology, with teams across the UK, Europe and the US.
The development of our people is central to our success. Our Learning & Development team supports consultants from their first day in recruitment through to senior and leadership positions, combining structured training with practical, desk‑based coaching.
We are now looking for a Learning & Development Consultant to join our UK training team and support the continued development of our recruitment consultants.
A key focus of the position will be delivering and developing Harnham’s UK New Starter Academy. You will help new consultants understand the full recruitment lifecycle, build their commercial skills and apply your learning successfully once they join their teams.
Alongside the Academy, you will provide ongoing coaching and development to consultants across the business. This will include call listening, live shadowing, desk coaching, workshops and targeted development sessions.
You will work closely with the wider training team, managers and directors to identify development needs, monitor progress and ensure training has a practical impact on performance.
We are open to hearing from candidates with experience delivering training or coaching within a recruitment business, as well as successful agency recruiters looking to transition into a dedicated Learning & Development career.
You may already be working in recruitment training, coaching or performance development. Alternatively, you may be an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant who has supported new starters, mentored colleagues, delivered workshops or developed a genuine interest in coaching others.
Previous experience in a formal recruitment training or Learning & Development role would be beneficial but is not essential.
This is a great opportunity to use your recruitment experience in a role focused entirely on coaching, training and developing others.
