Months 1-3 | Learn the Fundamentals

As part of our Recruitment Academy, you'll receive industry-leading training while working alongside experienced consultants.

You’ll learn how to:

• Find and engage top talent
• Build meaningful relationships with candidates
• Conduct qualification and career conversations
• Write effective job adverts
• Understand the fast-growing Data & AI market
• Support live recruitment projects for leading clients

You’ll begin your career in a candidate-focused recruitment role, developing expertise in sourcing, attraction and candidate management while gaining exposure to the commercial side of the business.

Months 3-6 | Build Your Expertise

Once you've established yourself, you'll have the opportunity to:

Specialise as a 180 Recruiter, becoming a market expert focused on candidate delivery and talent acquisition.

Or

Progress into a 360 Recruitment Consultant role, owning both candidate and client relationships while managing the full recruitment lifecycle and growing your own portfolio.
