Job summary

CAMFED - Campaign for Female Education is hiring a Learning and Talent Coordinator to support recruitment coordination and deliver engaging learning and onboarding experiences. The role sits in the People and Culture team and focuses on creating a smooth candidate journey while contributing to staff development and induction activities.

The position is full-time, based in Cambridge, hybrid working with a minimum monthly office presence, and reports to the Learning and Talent Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience providing administrative or coordination support in recruitment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with close attention to detail.
• Builds positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers and colleagues.
• Comfortable using systems and technology and learning new tools quickly.
• Interest in recruitment, talent and learning and development.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activity and support hiring managers to attract great people and deliver a smooth candidate experience.
• Support learning and development initiatives, including planning, logistics, delivery, evaluation and follow-up.
• Coordinate People and Culture induction experiences and contribute to onboarding.
• Assist with internal communications and wellbeing initiatives through platforms like HiBob and the People & Culture Hub.
