CAMFED in Cambridge is hiring a Learning and Talent Coordinator on a maternity cover basis. You will coordinate learning interventions, support recruitment and onboarding, and manage internal communications to create a positive candidate and colleague experience.

Working with the People and Culture team, you will maintain learning resources, support events, and help implement systems and processes across the P&C function. Hybrid role with office presence.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent verbal and written communication at all levels.
• Strong organisational, prioritisation and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Proactive, positive approach with the ability to self-manage and handle multiple priorities.
• Demonstrable experience providing administrative or coordination support to a team.
• Highly competent in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of, or willingness to develop, People and Culture.
• Experience using systems and databases to maintain accurate records and support reporting/analysis.
• Creative ability to develop engaging learning materials (presentations, slides, videos, etc.) using PowerPoint, Canva or similar.
• Experience with LMS, HRIS or ATS systems is desirable.
• Commitment to CAMFED values, mission and vision.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate learning interventions end-to-end from planning to delivery and follow-up.
• Assist design and delivery of engaging learning experiences with high-quality slides, videos and materials.
• Curate and maintain learning resources and digital repositories.
• Maintain learning hubs and ensure content is current and well-organised.
• Coordinate in-person and virtual events and manage attendance and communications.
• Support pre-employment checks, onboarding processes and HRIS setup.
• Lead and coordinate UK-wide P&C inductions for new colleagues.
• Publish wellbeing communications on HiBob and refer colleagues to key resources.
• Improve internal communications in partnership with the Communications Team.
• Organise UK social events and monitor inboxes/Zoom channels.
