Job summary

Leeds University Union (LUU) is seeking a motivated individual to join the Joblink Team as Joblink Lead, driving the Joblink business and leading a small team. You will coach, support and manage clients while delivering continuous improvement in service delivery.

This full‑time role is 36.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday with shifts from 8:00am to 6:00pm and occasional weekend/out‑of‑hours work. LUU offers development opportunities, holiday pay and staff discounts in a student‑facing

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in people management roles.
• Strong customer service focus with ability to coach and develop others.
