Leeds University Union (LUU) is seeking a motivated individual to join the Joblink Team as Joblink Lead, driving the Joblink business and leading a small team. You will coach, support and manage clients while delivering continuous improvement in service delivery.
This full‑time role is 36.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday with shifts from 8:00am to 6:00pm and occasional weekend/out‑of‑hours work. LUU offers development opportunities, holiday pay and staff discounts in a student‑facing
Full time: 36.5 hours per week. This role operates Monday to Friday, with shifts scheduled between 8:00am and 6:00pm (for example, 8:00am to 4:15pm). Flexibility is required, as occasional weekend and out-of-hours work may be necessary to support business requirements. Salary: £28,378 per annum
