Job summary

Lifeways Group in Cobham is seeking compassionate Support Workers to assist adults with learning disabilities in a 24/7 care setting. You will provide person-centred care with empathy and respect, supported by comprehensive training.

We offer flexible shifts (days and waking nights), a strong team culture, and clear progression opportunities through recognised qualifications and apprenticeships.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, or Healthcare Assistant.
• Full UK Driving Licence - you’ll be driving company automatic vehicles.

Location: Cobham, Surrey

Contract: Full Time, Part time & Bank

Shift Pattern: Monday-Sunday, working alternate weekends

Day shifts Varied between: 07.00 - 22:00

Waking Night Shifts: 22:00-7:00
