The role suits a proactive communicator with strong organisational skills and MS 365 proficiency, offering on-site work with training and development within a growing team.

Qualifications

• Confident, professional and friendly telephone manner.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Previous recruitment experience is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and screening cv’s against job requirements
• Conducting initial telephone screenings with candidates
• Assessing candidate suitability, skills and experience
• Coordinating interviews and managing candidate availability
• Drafting and posting job adverts across multiple platforms
• Updating and maintaining recruitment trackers
