We are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to attract and engage candidates, screen applicants, and support onboarding while upholding our values and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

You will be involved in posting adverts, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate data with a high standard of accuracy and compliance. Training is provided and development is encouraged.

Qualifikationen

• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Experience in recruitment or candidate screening is desirable.
• Ability to manage data accurately and comply with data protection regulations.

Aufgaben

• Develop, post, and maintain job adverts across multiple boards and social platforms.
• Source candidates using diverse methods and manage applications efficiently.
• Assist with screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating assessments and offers.
• Maintain candidate records in the CRM with accuracy and privacy compliance.
• Build and maintain positive candidate relationships and engage with job seekers.
