Job summary

RMS Recruitment is seeking a Recruitment Consultant in the Tees Valley region to engage candidates through multiple channels and build strong client relationships.

You will manage the recruitment process end-to-end, including sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates, while identifying new business opportunities and helping raise the company’s profile on LinkedIn and through other marketing avenues.

• Conducting meetings with clients via video or on-site visits to strengthen relationships.

As a Recruitment Consultant, your role will be varied and dynamic, including:

• Sourcing Top Talent – Engaging candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, CRM, marketing, and direct contact.
• Building Long-Term Relationships – We prioritise partnerships over transactional sales.
• Business Development – Identifying and securing new opportunities with existing and new clients.
• Branding & Marketing – Using video content and LinkedIn to enhance both the company’s visibility and your own professional presence.
• Client Engagement – Conducting meetings via video or on-site visits to strengthen business relationships.
• Managing the Recruitment Process – Overseeing administration, interviews, and successful placements.
