Job summary

RMS Limited in Darlington is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join a busy, people-focused team. You will source top talent, build long-term relationships with clients, and drive business development across automotive, commercial, distribution, industrial, logistics and manufacturing sectors.

You'll manage the recruitment process from sourcing to placement, communicate effectively, and thrive in a dynamic, supportive environment with clear onboarding and mentoring opportunities.

As a Recruitment Consultant, your role will be varied and dynamic, including:

• Sourcing Top Talent - Engaging candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, CRM, marketing, and direct contact.
• Building Long-Term Relationships - We prioritise partnerships over transactional sales.
• Business Development - Identifying and securing new opportunities with existing and new clients.
• Branding & Marketing - Using video content and LinkedIn to enhance both the company's visibility and your own professional presence.
• Client Engagement - Conducting meetings via video or on-site visits to strengthen business relationships.
• Managing the Recruitment Process - Overseeing administration, interviews, and successful placements.
• Strong Communication - The ability to build rapport, negotiate, and maintain professional relationships.
